3 x 4 ozcans whole green chili

2eggs

1 cuplight cream

⅓ cupflour

0.5 lbMonterey Jack cheese
grated

1 x 8 ozcan tomato sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Split open chili's, removing seeds. Rinsed and drain
Step 2
In large bowl beat eggs, then add cream and flour, beat until smooth
Step 3
Stir in one half of the grated cheese (reserve 1/2 grated cheese for later)
Step 4
In a casserole dish, make alternative layers of chilies, and egg flour mixture
Step 5
Pour tomato sauce over top layer and sprinkle with the reserved cheese
Step 6
Bake at 375 for an hour or until set in center
