Instructions

Step 1
Add the chopped cauliflower and chicken broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 min. Remove from heat and place in a blender to purée. Pour back into pot, turn on low heat and add laughing cow cheese wedge, 1.5 oz of cheddar cheese and 2 oz of bacon bits, water, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat. Top with leftover cheese and bacon.
