1. Cut Steak into little strips, Mince Garlic & Ginger

2. Velvet the beef - 1/4 cup corn starch

3. Heat oil with ginger and garlic, low heat. - add soy sauce, water, brown sugar (take off heat to add stuff)

4. Cook low boil for 7ish minutes
Step 5
5. Let cool
Step 6
6. Use oil in skillet to cook meat


Step 7
Dump meat, scallions, & sauce into pot, cook until sauce begins to thicken.
Step 8
Eat.
