Step 1
Cook the noodles in a salted boiling water for about 4 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile saute the lightl salted (and peppered) vegetables in a pan for about 5-8 min on a high heat.
Step 3
Add noodles to the pan. Add splash of the pasta water and some low sodium soy sauce. Mix well and serve!
