Instructions
Step 1
In a pot- boil lo mein noodles according to the package.
Step 2
In a pan- add oil, onion, garlic & pepper. Cook on low until veggies are translucent.
Step 3
Add bok choy, water chestnuts, coconut aminos, & sweet & sour sauce to the veggie mixture and cook on low until lo mein noodles are ready.
Step 4
Add lo mein noodles to the veggie mixture & toss all together.
Step 5
Top with sesame seeds & scallions, enjoy!
