1 poundspicy italian sausage

1onion
medium

5garlic cloves
pieces

½ Tbspolive oil

10baby carrots

5celery stalks

4Yukon potatoes
or red

1 Tbspchives dried
or fresh

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

½ tspblack pepper

¼ tspcayenne pepper

1 tspred pepper flakes

½ tspgarlic powder

1 tsporegano

32 ouncereduced sodium chicken broth

1 poundsplit peas

0.5 pinthalf and half
Instructions
Step 1
Saute diced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, and sausage until sausage is cooked
Step 2
Add diced carrots, sliced potatoes, diced celery, all the seasonings, and chicken broth
Step 3
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes, quick release and let cool for a 10 minutes, then stir in half and half
Step 4
