Instructions
Step 1
In stockpot or Dutch oven combine potatoes, onion, celery and chicken broth or water to cover.
Step 2
Bring to boil and simmer on medium heat until potatoes 🥔 are within 15 minutes of being done.
Step 3
Add half and half and soups and stir till creamy. Add cheese and stir till completely melted.
Step 4
Simmer until potatoes are done.
