Step 1
1. Roll, cut out and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 2
2. For drop cookies, use softened butter instead of margarine, 2 cups of flour instead of 1-1/2, and add butterscotch, chocolate, or toffee chips. Cream the butter and sugar together before adding the other ingredients. The drop cookies are light and moist but do not flatten much during the baking process. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
