Baked oatmeal Breakfast Bars
This is my CURRENT go to breakfast, but I can't take full credit for it. One day I was searching for Oat meal bakes on YouTube and I stumbled upon a video by 'TheSeriousFitness', ever since then, I have been incorporating my own style using different ingredients. One time I added sweet potatoes! I didn't like it very much but it was an experience😹
The longer you cook this oat meal bar, it gets crisper on the outside and chewy on the inside, it depends on your preference. Enjoy!
