Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl mix the flax seeds with 4 spoons of hot water, and leave them for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Step 3
In a smaller bowl mix the milk, vinegar, syrup, vanilla and oil. Add the flaxed seeds and mix again.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients from the smaller bowl to the large bowl and mix them togather. Add 2 mashed bananas and chocolate chips and mix with a spoon. Do not overmix.
Step 5
Bake at 180°c for about 15-20 minutes.
