Instructions
Step 1
Divide cheese into 4 - 1 oz portions.
Step 2
Suspend a wooden spoon between two cans. Drape a piece of foil over the spoon to form a taco shape.
Step 3
Turn oven to broil. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread each cheese portion into a 6” circle. Broil for 3-4 min until slightly crisp.
Step 4
Using a spatula, lift each circle and drape over foil to shape taco shells. Allow a few minutes to cool.
Step 5
Season steak with taco seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Let rest a few minutes then slice thinly.
Step 6
To assemble, top each taco shell with 1/2 c lettuce, 1/4 c tomato, 1/2 oz avocado and 1 1/2 oz steak.
