baby greens
corn
black beans
shredded cheese
green chiles
black olives

Fritos
crumbled
green onion
Cooked rice with taco seaoning
ranch dressing

Instructions
Step 1
Fill a bowl about halfway with baby greens. Top with any or all of the following: Corn, black beans, cheese (shredded or cut into small bites), green chilies, black olives, tomatoes, fritos crumbled, green onion, cooked rice with taco seasoning, and top with a combo dressing of ranch and street corn. You could also add a meat such as turkey bites for some extra protein.
