Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add ingredients for "Shrimp" except the shrimp. Mix well dry.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, once hot enough, dredge the shrimp with the flour mixture and fry till golden brown.
Step 3
Drain on a kitchen tissue and keep aside.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce, mix, and keep aside.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients mentioned and mix well, keep aside.
Step 6
Place the tortilla, add the slaw, shrimp, sauce, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
