DF CASHEW CAESAR DRESSING✨
Does anybody else have to look up how to spell “caesar” every time?? Is it ceasar, ceaser, caeser, or caesar?! Anyway…today we’re making dairy-free caesar dressing that is so good you won’t even miss the classic recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4+ hours (up to overnight)
1/3 cup water (+ more if you want a thinner dressing)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp capers in their brine
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
A few grinds of black pepper
Directions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined, about 30 seconds.
