Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop sweet potatoes into width of your choice for waffle fries. Coat in olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt. Baked at 450 for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Thinly slice portobello mushrooms and toss with brown sugar, coconut aminos, and sesame oil in pan on medium heat.
Step 3
Thinly slice red onions, tomato, and toast buns for your burgers. Mix your mayo and hot sauce for spice and coat your toasted buns with it.
Step 4
Once the mushrooms have browned, serve on the buns, top with your veggies and enjoy with your fries.
