Fried Kotalks (kubba)
These kotalks (kubba) are made with bulgur, boiled potatoes and stuffed with a delicious beef mixture. They are super easy to make and absolutely delicious, they can be served as an appetizer or turn them into a meal with a side of salad or a soup, my favorite soup to pair with them is lentil soup.
——filling ingredients——
-2 pounds of ground beef
-3 onions
-1 tablespoon of salt
-1/2 tablespoon curry powder
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
-Parsley about 1 cup or more
——make the filling and let it cool down completely.

-2 cups bulgur #1
-1 cup of warm water
-4 boiled potatoes medium size
-1/4 cup of flour
-1 tablespoon salt
-2 tablespoons of pepper paste or tomato paste
-oil for dipping your hand in
-oil for frying
