Step 1
Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl large enough to fit your brioche slice

With a bread knife, cut into the middle of one side of the french toast (look at the TikTok video for clarity). It should be like a little pocket to put the chocolate in.

Stuff your chocolate into the brioche
Step 4
Put it into the egg wash and let it sit for 1-2 minutes on each side
Step 5
Cook the french toast on a buttered pan over medium-low heat. It should be around 3 minutes on each side, or until golden.
Step 6
Serve hot
