Instructions

Step 1
Cook beef and onion in dutch oven till meat is browned.
Step 2
Drain off fat
Step 3
Add potatoes, celery, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp salt and bullion cube. Cook covered for 15 min or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Add frozen corn, milk and thyme. Heat mixture just to boiling.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
