Instructions

Step 1
Boil your fettuccine pasta in some salted water. In the meanwhile, put your butter in the freezer. Very cold butter will make the pasta super creamy!
Step 2
Pour your boiled fettuccine in a shallow dish or a cold pan (no heat), add your cold butter and the Parmigiano cheese little by little.
Step 3
Stir for at least a couple of minutes and add a couple of spoons of pasta water to make it super creamy!
