Instructions

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in blender (only 4 adobo peppers but use full can of sauce)
Step 2
Marinade chicken overnight in plastic bag
Step 3
Cook in cast iron skillet for 4-5 min until golden brown on bottom
Step 4
Flip and cook about 3 min until internal temperature reaches 165 deg
Step 5
Slice into strips and then into 0.5 in cubes
