Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F

Step 2
Drain the presoaked quinoa in a fine mesh sieve and rinse. Transfer to a high powered blender and add 1/4 cup water, the seasoning, salt, and garlic. Puree, adding more water if needed to make a very smooth batter.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and use a spatula to pour the dough onto the sheet. Try and make the crust have an even thickness.
Step 4
Bake 10-15 minutes, until the top becomes somewhat dry and the edges brown-ish.
Step 5
Flip the crust. (this is not as hard as it seems) This is how I do it: Pull the paper off the baking sheet and let it sit for half a minute. Put another sheet of parchment paper one top, and flip the dough using the two papers. Put it back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 7-10 minutes.
Step 6
Take the crust out and layer sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake for a few minutes and then back for a few minutes and broil on high for 1-2 more until the cheese is fully melted.
