Paging all my friends who don’t like leftovers OR might be cooking for one… my orange chicken recipe is perfect for you!! It takes about 15 minutes to whip up & better for you than grabbing takeout, but still full of flavor 😉

Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients & set aside.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, mix together chicken, corn starch & seasonings until evenly coated.
Step 3
Heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, cook 2-3 minutes per side until there’s a light golden crust.
Step 4
Pour over the sauce, stir & let simmer on low (stirring occasionally) until it’s slightly thickened/coats each piece - this took me about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Lastly sprinkle over a little soy sauce, stir, then serve with rice, parsley & extra sriracha!
