Instructions

Step 1
Heat your oil in a non-stick pan and add the peppers and onion over

a medium heat to soften.
Step 3
Add the cubed chicken turning regularly until lightly browned all over
Step 4
Now it’s time to add your ras el hanout, cinnamon, chilli flakes, garlic
Step 5
and white pepper making sure you coat the chicken completely with the spices
Step 6
Add in your tomato purée and water and mix well.
Step 7
Simmer for 15–20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Serve with some fresh chopped coriander and a handful of your favorite leaves
