Instructions
Step 1
Seasoned chicken both sides. Sous vide chicken.
Step 2
Add garlic, mushrooms, and onions to pan and saute over medium heat until onions and mushrooms are tender
Step 3
Add pesto to pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and stir to combine with pesto
Step 4
Add kashy cream and continue to stir over medium heat until sauce is smooth. At parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined with sauce. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed
Step 5
Add sous vide chicken to pan and toss the sauce to cook sprinkle additional parmesan cheese over chicken and garnish with fresh basil and serve
