Instructions
Step 1
Spray cutlets with olive oil
Step 2
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and desired spices
Step 3
Place in ziplock bag and seal
Step 4
Cook according to sous vide instructions (I usually do 30 min on 150)

Sear for a few seconds when done
