Instructions
Step 1
Lay out 2 plates and a bowl. Spread corn starch on one plate and mix with salt and pepper. Spread out bread crumbs on second plate. In bowl, add egg and mix with dijon mustard.






Step 2
Bread pork chops by dipping in corn starch, then egg mix, then bread crumbs.

Step 3
Heat butter and oil in a skillet on medium high. When hot, add pork chops and fry until golden brown. Place cooked chops on paper towel to soak up excess oil.


Step 4
Add onions and garlic to same skillet. When softened, deglaze with white wine. Add bouillon, cream, and mustard. When we’ll combined, remove from heat and mix in 1 T cornstarch or flour to thicken. Place back on heat and stir regularly until thickened.







Step 5
Serve sauce over pork chops (reheat briefly in oven before serving if needed).
