Instructions
Step 1
Soak the dates in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain.

Step 2
Pulse the dates and the nuts in a food processor until the nuts are finely ground and the dates incorporated.


Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. The mixture should be very sticky.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. 1 tablespoon at a time. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more ground linseeds or some rolled oats.






Step 4
Roll a heaped tablespoonful of the mixture between the palms of your hands to form a small ball. Repeat until all the mixture is rolled.
Step 5
Transfer the balls to a plate and cover with foil or baking parchment and refrigerate for 4 hours before enjoying. Store in the refrigerator.
