Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray.
Step 2
Defrost puff pastry for 10-15 minutes. In a bowl mix butter, cinnamon and brown sugar into a paste. Evenly spread each puff pastry sheet with a thin layer of the cinnamon butter. Roll into a log and cut into thin wheels. Tuck the tail of the cinnamon roll to the bottom before placing on a baking tray (otherwise the roll may uncurl). Brush with a little melted butter and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before tossing in cinnamon sugar.
