Instructions

Step 1
Heat your oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Cook your chips until they are crispy.
Step 3
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add your oil and let heat up.
Step 4
Mince the garlic. Small dice the spring onion and red chilli. Large dice the onion and green pepper. Add to the pan.
Step 5
Cook everything until the vegetables are soft and a little charred.
Step 6
Add chips to the pan. Season generously with Chinese chilli salt (or salt, pepper, sugar and five spice.)
Step 7
Mix together until everything is well coated in spice.
Step 8
Dish up!
