Batata Harra is a Lebanese spicy potato dish. This is Very popular in the Middle East. And honestly nothing is better than this to eat potatoes. you can easily make it at home with just very few basic ingredients that you already have in your kitchen.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut in cubes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 3
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and toss well.
Step 4
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes flipping halfway through or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside, and fork-tender.
Step 5
To a pan, add olive oil, and sauté minced garlic .
Step 6
Add tomato paste garlic, and cook for a minute or two over low-medium heat until darker in colour.
Step 7
Add the chopped red chillies followed by the cooked potatoes.
Step 8
Toss until the potatoes are well coated, remove from pan and serve.
Step 9
Garnish with fresh chopper coriander and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the potatoes before serving.
