Instructions
Step 1
Mix the tomato puree, olive oil and seasonings together.
Step 2
Divide into two and spread on both of the pitta breads
Step 3
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over both
Step 4
Spread out the drained tuna over both of them followed by the sliced onion and sweetcorn
Step 5
Place in the air fryer for 5 mins at 200°C or under a medium hot grill for 5-10 mins until cooked and crispy
