Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate over Bain Marie. Allow to cool for 30 mins. Add sugar. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Beat 3 eggs add to choc mixture. Combine this with dry ingredients and pour into loaf tin. I use a silicon 23x23cm mould. Cook 20 minutes in 180degrees. Toothpick should come out a little sticky.
