Instructions

Step 1
Cook potatoes until soft
Step 2
Put the potatoes in the large mixing bowl to mash.
Step 3
Add about 4 to 6 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
Step 4
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Whip them together.
Step 5
For dough: Combine flour, sour cream, and eggs. Knead until smooth & not sticky
Step 6
Divide into 2 halves, add up to 1 cup flour while kneading.
