What’s better than a delicious and easy treat for yourself?
Well I have, Huge chewy cookies for you.
TIPS:
. Partially melt the better
. For hard cookies chill your dough for about 30min
. You can use any chocolate ( i use dark one here)
. Nuts are optional but still had a good flavor!
. To have an extra kick of flavor add some flakey salt on the chilled cookies.

Preheat the oven 180°C/ 356°F

Melt the butter, partially
Step 3
Combine the butter with the sugars, whisk till everything smooth

Add an egg and whisk again 🥣

Add the flour and a pinch of salt

When everything is partially mixed combine the chocolate chunks and some nuts

Mix everything well and form some balls

At this point you can chill the dough for 30 min but it’s completely optional

Place your formed ball on a baking tray, space them well

Bake them at 200°C/ 395 °F for about 10-12 min not less, not more!

Let your beautiful cookies chill and add some flakey salt on top for an extra kick ( ofc it’s optional )
