Instructions
Step 1
lightly salt the chicken and add it to a pan and cook until done. Shred and add to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tarragon, dried cranberries and walnuts with the shredded chicken
Step 3
add to your meal prep container with 1 1/2 cups of chopped lettuce and store in the refrigerator.
