Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C, or gas mark 7).
Step 2
Spread the green beans, Brussels sprouts, and sausage on a 12 x 17-inch (30 x 43 cm) baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 3
Drizzle the oil over everything and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Stir everything together so the oil is evenly distributed and then spread in a single layer.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and add the garlic.
Step 7
Bake until the vegetables are tender with some crispy edges, another 5 to 10 minutes.
