⅓ cuporange juice
3 tablespoonsrice vinegar
3 tablespoonsless sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
2 teaspoonssambal oelek
6 cupsnapa cabbage
thinly sliced
2 cupssugar snap peas
thinly sliced diagonally
2 cupschicken breast
shredded, cooked
1mango
medium, sliced
½ cupfresh mint
coarsely chopped
¼ cupscallions
sliced
2 tablespoonstoasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
1. Whisk juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sambal in a large bowl

2. Add cabbage, peace, chicken, mango, mint and scallions and toss gently to coat
Step 3
3. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds
