Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

Melt butter.
Step 3
Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and flour with melted butter and combine thoroughly.

Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 5
Spread the crumb-butter mixture evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 6
Spread dry toppings of your choice evenly over crumb-butter base.
Step 7
Pour condensed milk evenly over the toppings. Let set for a few minutes.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before cutting.
