Non-dairy chocolate and strawberries overnight oats

A low-carb, non-dairy breakfast for those days where the craving for chocolate dipped strawberries comes your way.

Step 1
1. Mix the milk, oats and chocolate and stick it in the microwave until the chocolate has melted (be sure to stir every 10-20 seconds so that the chocolate doesn't burn!).

2. Let your mixture cool down at room temperature. Meanwhile, cut the strawberries into pieces.

3. When it has cooled down (aprox. 10 minutes) add in the yoghurt and strawberries and mix until incorporated.
Step 4
4. Let sit in the fridge overnight or at least for 2-3 hours. Add some spare strawberries on top for decorative purposes (treat yourself!). Enjoy!
