Instructions

in the morning:

Combine pork tenderloin and bell peppers in a slow cooker.
Step 3
In a small bowl or mug, mix together hoisin soy sauce, peanut butter, cumin seeds and 2 tsp lime juice.
Step 4
Pour over pork tenderloin and stir.
Step 5
Cook on high 1 hour, then reduce heat to low and cook 5 hours.
Step 6
Prepare white rice according to package instructions.
Step 7
Add peas to slow cooker and stir, adding a little water if needed to thin the sauce.
Step 8
Cook until peas are warmed through, then serve over white rice.
