Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground chicken, celery, green onion, garlic, paprika, egg, blue cheese, K4K ranch seasoning and mix well with your hands.

3. Form 12 (51g) meatballs and place on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 mins until the outside is a bit golden.
Step 4
Add the meatballs to an 8x13 casserole/baking dish.
Step 5
Mix the buffalo sauce ingredients together in a small bowl then drizzle the buffalo sauce over the top of the meatballs and cover with foil.
Step 6
Bake for 15 mins at 375F.
Step 7
You can also cook on low for 3 hours in a crockpot if you don’t want to heat the house up too!
Step 8
If you have the fat available drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over them!
