Instructions
Step 1
2 lbs sharp Cheddar Cheese
Step 2
Peel and cut Potatoes into cubes and boil until tender then mash
Step 3
Melt Butter in large fry pan and cook onions until tender and transparent. Add Parsley
Step 4
Add grated cheese and cook over low heat until cheese melts
Step 5
Make potatoes the day before
Step 6
Roll dough, cut into squares, fill with potato filling and seal.
Step 7
Boil for 12 minutes, then put in a buttered pan.
Step 8
When ready to eat, fry in butter with some soft onions. Enjoy
