Step 1
Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients
Step 2
Get a hot pan on the hob
Step 3
Pour a drop of oil in the pan then pour enough mix in for one pancake
Step 4
It should only take a minute or 2 a side to cook
Step 5
Then plate up with whatever you like…. I enjoy these with caster sugar sprinkled on them Enjoy
