Instructions
Step 1
mix the oats and flour in a large bowl

add the egg yolks and a splash of milk, and mix to make a thick paste

add the rest of the milk gradually, to avoid lumps, to make the batter
Step 4
whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold carefully into the batter, making sure not to lose the air
