Stir together plums, next 4 ingredients, and .25 tsp.
Step 2
salt in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Set aside.
Step 4
Stir together brown sugar, cumin, and remaining tsp.
Step 5
salt in a small bowl.
Step 6
Rub chicken with brown sugar mixture.
Step 7
Cook chicken in hot oil in a grill pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Step 8
Serve with plum mixture.
