Step 1
Put all of the ingredients, except the coconut, into a food processor, Add 3 tablespoons of water and whiz until finely chopped
Step 2
Shape the mixture into thirty balls. Place the coconut in a bowl. Roll each ball in coconut. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. They will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week
