Yummy stuffing! Nice sausage favor which adds moisture to the stuffing. Gets a nice crisp once it’s done! Gotta try!

Step 1
Brown together:

1 lb pork sausage
Step 3
1 stick butter
Step 4
1 finely chopped onion
Step 5
3 stalks finely chopped celery

Add & Simmer about 15 minutes:

3 tablespoons poultry seasoning - taste - add 1 more if you feel it ...

4 cups chicken broth (I use water that I have boiled the giblets in and add 1 teasp chicken boullian)
Step 9
Pour that over:

8 cups of bread cubes that have been tossed with two beaten eggs

Should be pretty sticky (but not at all liquidy) ... if not add a bit more chicken broth or even a bit of water.
Step 12
Bake in a buttered casserole or cake pan ... 350 half hour or fourty five minutes. Stuff yourself. :)
