Step 1
Heat oven to 400°. Cut chicken into strips, about 1 in. x 3 in. Mix potato flakes, crumbs, cheese, sesame seeds, salt and seasonings in small bowl. Dip chicken pieces first into mayonnaise to coat lightly, then into crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake 5 minutes.
Step 2
Turn and bake 10 minutes. Turn once more and bake 5 minutes. To serve, place chicken in napkin lined basket and eat with fingers, dipping into honey or chili sauce if desired.
