Step 1
1. Cook brown rice and chicken

2. Place cut veggies on a baking tray with a small amount of olive oil. S&P. Roast at 400F for 20-25 mins or until broccoli is charred.

3. Make the sauce by combining peanut butter, garlic, ginger, and honey. Add hot water to thin as needed, so that the sauce is pourable.

4. Assemble the bowl with rice, veggies, sauce, chicken, and garnish.
