Instructions
Step 1
Soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes so they become soft.
Step 2
Once they are soft, drain the water and mash the dates with a fork.
Step 3
Mix in the peanut butter.
Step 4
Add the mashed banana and mix again.
Step 5
Add the oat flour and salt and knead until it’s all mixed well.
Step 6
Stir in 40g of chocolate chips.
Step 7
Put the dough into a baking tray and spread it evenly.
Step 8
Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour over the dough.
Step 9
Leave it to cool in the fridge and then enjoy!
